Nolly Ravenhall

Physiotherapist, Nolly Ravenhall<< Back to Physiotherapists

I qualified at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham in 1985.

Beginning my clinical practice in Oxford, I later worked in Bedfordshire taking a senior post in Trauma and Orthopaedics in 1989.

I then joined a private physiotherapy practice, specialising in sports injuries and musculo-skeletal conditions, from 1993 until moving to West Sussex in 2010. During this time I expanded my interest and knowledge of exercise therapy, and began training as a Clinical Pilates instructor.

For the past 10 years I have continued my physiotherapy practice alongside teaching Pilates in individual and group sessions, qualifying as an APPI instructor in 2011, and joining Goring Physiotherapy the same year.

The areas of physiotherapy that interest me most are:

  • Musculoskeletal conditions including back and neck pain
  • Scoliosis
  • Exercise therapy for muscle imbalance
  • Postural and work related conditions

As a Pilates instructor I run small class sessions at Goring clinic and at other local venues, and undertake individual biomechanical assessments for home treatment programmes.

Available hours:

I am mainly at Goring Physiotherapy for Pilates classes, which are on a Wednesday. I am usually available for one-one Pilates or physiotherapy sessions after class at 2.45 and 3.30.
